Eletron, pixelation, 2022

Pixelation artwork with more than 100 stones and metal objects founded around. The name Electron, that is the origin of “electricity”, comes from the greek name of Amber (Electron). Thales, a greek ancient philosopher. has been the first one that studied the special electric property of Amber. In the artwork I connect the vision of Thales, about water and movement as origin of live, and of electricity as expression of this movement (Just a synthesis).
The work has been realized during a Masterclass with Paul Bush.

Unfortunately, due to a problem with dragonframe, I’ve only a mp4 version, that riduce a lot the quality of the pictures I took.
I realized in on a glass, with a white background as a second layer, this make the elements flyes without shadows. 2 lateral sourches of light.
